Thrive Tribe, the healthy lifestyle service provider, were recently commissioned by Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) to deliver One You Lincolnshire. Working in partnership with LCC, Thrive Tribe is keen to continually evaluate and enhance the service, whilst contributing to the bed of evidence around the potential of integrating healthy lifestyle interventions across a community setting.

Research Proposal: An academic evaluation of a community based integrated healthy lifestyle service

The research project will be a partnership between Thrive Tribe, Lincolnshire County Council and the successful academic partner, to evaluate our integrated healthy lifestyle service in Lincolnshire. We are looking for a partner who can work with us to develop an agile research methodology to evaluate the impact of the service and the outcomes.

One You Lincolnshire offers clients support which focuses on the four lifestyle behaviours with the greatest impact on health and wellbeing:
• Smoking of tobacco
• Physical inactivity
• Obesity (food, nutrition and a healthy weight) and
• Excess alcohol consumption.

Our academic partner will facilitate the research to be adopted into the NIHR portfolio and lead the research project throughout in collaboration with TT and Lincolnshire County Council.
