We’re here to support you to live a healthier life and our service is completely free for people across Lincolnshire. Whether you want help to stop smoking, lose weight, move more, or cut down on alcohol, we’ll help you find the right support for you.

What we do

Health Coaching

Get 1-to-1 telephone support from one of our Health Coaches to help you make positive changes to your health and wellbeing. 

Health Coaching is available alongside one of our other healthy lifestyle programmes and includes up to 6 sessions, each lasting 30 minutes.

Eat Well Lose Weight

We’re all different, which is why we offer a range of weight-loss programmes to suit different lifestyles, preferences and goals. All of our options focus on healthy, sustainable changes to help you eat well and lose weight in a way that works for you. 

You can choose from:
• Gloji Groups - supportive group sessions, either online or face-to-face, led by behaviour change specialists. Includes group accountability, food tracking and the Gloji Journal.
• MAN v FAT - a men-only programme in Boston and Lincoln combining weight loss with weekly football, peer support and mental wellbeing. Over 90% of players lose weight.
• Gloji Digital - a 24/7 online programme using the latest science to support long-term lifestyle change, with videos, blogs, recipes and tools covering nutrition, physical activity, sleep, alcohol and mindset.
• Slimming World - enjoy 12 weeks of free access to this well-known weight-loss programme.

Move More

Our Physical Activity Coaches will support you to move more and work towards the recommended 150 minutes of activity each week. 

We offer telephone-based 1-to-1 coaching, group activity sessions held across Lincolnshire, and work in partnership with local leisure centres to help you access physical activity in your area.  

You can also use Gloji Gym, our online library of workouts available anytime and suitable for all abilities.

Be Smoke Free

Our 12-week stop smoking programme gives you 1-to-1 support from your own practitioner, delivered face-to-face or over the telephone, to help you quit for good.

You’ll receive behaviour change support throughout the programme, plus follow-up support to help you stay smoke free. We also provide Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) to support your quit attempt, such as patches, gum, inhalators and e-cigarettes, where appropriate. 

People who use our service are up to four times more likely to quit compared to going it alone.

Drink Less

If you’re thinking about cutting down, our Drink Less support offers
1-to-1 behaviour change coaching to help you reduce your alcohol intake in a sustainable way, or stop altogether.

You’ll have 30-minute telephone appointments with a dedicated Drink Less Health Coach, focused on practical strategies, confidence and long-term change.
