Health Coaching

Get 1-to-1 advice from our team of Health Coaches to support you to make changes to your health and wellbeing.

Eat Well Lose Weight

We are all unique we have a programme for everyone, with a wide range of options all designed to help you eat more healthily and lose weight.

Move More

Our team of physical activity coaches will get you moving more and achieving the recommended 150 mins of physical activity a week! We offer a mix of 1-to-1 and group sessions to suit everyone.

Be Smoke Free

Helping you to quit smoking, our 12-week stop smoking programme means you’ll be 4 times more likely to quit, for good. Our team offer follow-up support with calls or face-to-face appointments and Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) to help you quit.

Drink Less

If you’re thinking of cutting down, we’ll help you reduce your alcohol intake or abstain for good.
