In One You Lincolnshire we have been working hard to develop flexible ways for Lincolnshire residents to lose weight, move more, drink less and stop smoking. If you are hoping for some support from our team to get you moving -here is a useful guide to the support we can offer you if you don't have access to the internet or a smart phone...
Call our friendly triage team, 01522 705162 we promise - you don't have to do a referral online! When you call (or we call you) our team will talk through all the options with you. We will speak to you about technology and which aspects of our programmes you would like to access. The choice about what you access is completely up to you!
We offer telephone 1-2-1 support through our Stop Smoking pathway, and health coaching.
Our Physical Activity team call our 1-2-1 clients as well, to set targets, goals and give that vital support.
We also have booklets and hand outs to support you with your journey with us.
Stride is a new opportunity for clients to track their steps or distance on a handy credit card sized keepsake.
If you would like to access some of our digital support pathways - and would like some support our team will be able to guide you through any setup glitches, if you have them!
