All our services are provided by experts and designed to support you at every stage of your health journey.

Obesity affects nearly two thirds of adults in the UK and the extra weight we carry puts pressure on our vital organs, making it more difficult for our lungs to get oxygen around our body. This makes it harder for us to combat diseases like cancer, heart disease and Covid-19. Lowering your BMI helps reduce your risk when it comes to fighting disease.

We know modern life doesn’t make it easy to lose weight with many of us regaining any weight we lost gradually over time. To be a healthy weight, you should aim for a BMI between 18.5 - 25, or in certain instances18.5 - 23*.

Don’t know our BMI? Use this BMI Calculator to find out.

Our weight loss programmes are available to anyone with a BMI 30+ and the NHS Weight Loss programme is available to anyone with a BMI 25+.
