Get involved in our virtual physical activity challenge during February:
• Record your movement during February and see how far around the course you can get. (This is a virtual event so please keep within Covid restrictions) This can be any type of movement including walking, jogging, cycling, rowing or x-training.
• Post evidence on our OYL Facebook page. This might include screenshots taken from a GPS tracking app, selfie of you before/during/after exercise, or pictures of any local landmarks whilst you are out and about exercising. We are keen to see some lovely scenes from around our beautiful county!
