We’ve teamed up with Slimming World to offer eligible candidates a FREE 12-week voucher to access a Slimming World group. Get weekly consultant support and the opportunity to attend an IMAGE therapy session.
What we offer
- Support from a trained Slimming World Consultant as well as your weekly group members.
- Slimming World’s Food Optimising plan and IMAGE (Individual Motivation And Group Experience) session.
- A member pack and access to all the Slimming World publications, including recipe books, and Slimming World Magazine at a discounted cost.
- 24/7 access to Slimming World’s members-only website, Lifeline Online, with over 1400 recipes, a weight-loss planner to plan and record food and activity, motivational articles and inspirational success stories.
- Access to the Slimming World members-only app, with the Slimming World barcode scanner.
Please note:
Funded 12-week voucher cannot be provided to anyone who has been a paying member at Slimming World in the last 3 months
If you are unable to attend your Slimming World group for more than 2 weeks, you must telephone Slimming World on 01773 302487 or let your Consultant know as soon as possible. You are entitled to 2 sick weeks/holiday weeks, which can be booked at any time during your referral, however weeks missed beyond this cannot be guaranteed to be added onto your membership.
Surgery benefits
Helps the surgery achieve QOF outcomes associated with smoking cessation
Paid by outcome model means your surgery could receive up to a maximum of £80 per patient that quits
Reimbursement of Nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) or any prescribed Champix/Zyban on a quarterly basis
Direct contact with patients, removing the barrier of a patient not signing up to our service on referral (strike whilst the iron is hot!)
